Costa del Este
Costa del Este represents one of the main business centers of Panama and one of the the highest real estate development areas. It has wide sidewalks, parks, recreational spaces, a huge central square, a boardwalk of almost 4 miles long and has established itself as a quiet alternative to the fast pace of the city.
Costa del Este which is located in the Corregimiento of Juan Diaz, near the limit with Park Lefevre, is inhabited by families of upper class.
They have underground wiring system, their urbanizations have restricted access system and offer an independent plant for the wastewater processing.
Costa del Este is crossed by the South Corridor and connects in a few minutes to the City, through a two-kilometer long sea bridge, which further connects with the Tocumen International Airport.
